     Mary Isabelle Evans also went by the name of Mollie.1 She was born about 1878 in Missouri, daughter of Solmon Smith and Sarah, (Solmon Smith was her step-father).1,2

Mary married Martin Bates May, son of Calvin B May and Margaret.1

On October 6, 1918, her daughter, Goldie, married Warren Sutherland.1
