      Peggy Wilson was formally known as Marguerite Wilson - Hinzman.2 She was born on Friday, March 4, 1921 in Dubuque, Dubuque County, Iowa, daughter of Earl Wilson and Carrie Fetchel.2

Peggy married Alton Elliot Minger, son of Albert R. Minger and Blanche M. Penhollow, on March 24, 1962.2 Peggy has two children from a previous marriage: Linda Kay and Darlene Judy.1
