     Theodore Smith was born on Thursday, February 14, 1907, son of Leeson (Jr.) Smith and Susie Graybill.1

Theodore died on Tuesday, September 17, 1907 at age 7 months and 3 days.1 He was laid to rest in the Goshen Church Cemetery on Pumpkin Ridge near Turkey River in Millville Township, Clayton County, Iowa.1
