     Frank L. Wiltse was born in April, 1875 in Iowa, son of George Washington Wiltse and Emily J..2,1

Frank married Maude Jifkins, daughter of Ora, about 1899.2

Frank appeared in the Malcom, Poweshiek County, Iowa, US census of June 1, 1900 as head of household. He was 25 years old and working as a clerk.. The household also included Maude, his wife. She was 24 years old. They had been married for one year and had no children. Maude's mother, [Parent-03 w daug], was living with them. She was 44 years old.2

The April 20, 1910 census of Emmetsburg, Palo Alto County, Iowa, shows Frank as head of household. He was working at a store.. Maude They had been married for 13 years. There were no children recorded in the household.3
