     Alpheus B. Higgins was also known as Alfred.1

Alpheus married Edna Elizabeth Lenhart, daughter of Joseph Rush Lenhart and Elizabeth Willamenia Hachmann.2

Alpheus died in 1981 in DeWitt, Clinton County, Iowa.2
