Add and thoroughly beat until light lemon colored:
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg , freshly ground if possible
Stir in and chill mixture for several hours:

Beat until stiff but not dry:
Add and beat together:
Part 3
In separate bowl, whip:
Fold egg white mixture (part 2) and whipped cream mixture (part 3) into the egg yolk mixture (part 1), leaving a few globs on top.
Grind whole nutmeg over the top and gently stir in.
