Pecan C ookies

In mixing bowl, beat on medium-high until fluffy:

    1 cup honey
    1 cup butter, softened

Add and mix:

    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt

Add and mix:

    1 cup chopped pecans

Drop by rounded tablespoons
on cookie sheets.

Bake 350f (176c)
for approximately 9 to 10 minutes.

Yields approximately 3 dozen cookies .
