Wild Strawberry Tea from Russia Go out in the fields and pick a basket full of wild strawberries, stems, leaves and all.   Tie the stems together and hang upside down to dry.   When dry, lay them in the bottom of a pan or pot and fill with water.   Bring to a boil and simmer.   Pour into individual cups and add sugar to taste.
